Tex Mex Chili

- 3 tablespoons oil shopping list
- 1 1/2 pounds stew beef, cut it into 1/4 inch size cubes shopping list
- 1 green pepper, seeded and cut into cubes shopping list
- 1 medium sized onion, chopped shopping list
- 16 ounce can beef broth shopping list
- 2 7 ounce cans green chile salsa shopping list
- 3 tablespoons chili powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin power shopping list
How to make it
- Brown beef with oil in large skillet. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Add beef broth, chili power and cumin. Cover and cook at medium heat for 2 hours. Remove cover, simmer longer for desired thickness, stirring often.
