Ingredients

How to make it

  • layer a bowl with sponge fingers soaked in hot coffee/khalua mix
  • make a sabayon with the yolks and beat seperatly the whites to form a soft peak
  • beat mascapone adding sabayon and khalua to it then add chocolate
  • fold in cream then really carefully the egg whites
  • pour this mix (1 half only) onto the sponge fingers
  • top up with more of the fingers and pour the other half of the mix on top
  • sprinkle chocolate on top leave to cool overnight then add mocha powder dusting on top too,,,

    i love the dish this is why i kind of made it better i hope..i remember a customer telling the restaurant manager and me the old recipe was his favourite i said well my dish is better if you dont like it.....(he came back and ate it later on some people love to be important and have a say)..

    mocha dusting recipe
    150g coffee powder
    150g cocoa powder
    100g icing sugar
    sieve together till smooth and combine sprinkle onto tiramisu or anything you like
