How to make it

  • In some oil stir fry the vegetables except garlic until crisp tender in a wok or heavy duty pan
  • meanwhile drain tofu, slice and sprinkle on ginger and seseme seed oils and five spice powder
  • Then add tofu to stir fried veges along with some garlic.
  • Cook and stir few minutes and then add some soy sauce, salt, pepper and more ginger and or more semese seed oil to taste
  • Lastly stir in the straw mushroomms to heat
  • Serve with cooked brown rice

    One idea for "i hate tofu" people.-- To prep a block of tofu 1) drain, and 2)rinse well with fresh water. 3) Drain again. Now it is ready for the recipe at hand.
