Snickers Cheesecake Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 250^.
  • Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time.
  • Add Frangelico, half & half and vanilla.
  • Fold in melted semi-sweet chocolate.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Pour into prepared pan and bake at 250^ for 1 1/2 hours.
  • Let cool completely.
  • Sprinkle chopped peanuts evenly over cake.
  • Pour caramel evenly over peanuts.
  • Blend melted milk chocolate and half & half until smooth.
  • Pour over cake, some will go over sides.
  • Refrigerate overnight before serving
