Snickers Cheesecake

- Use chocolate crust - see crust page. shopping list
- 2 1/2 pounds Philly cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 5 large eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup Frangelico liquor shopping list
- 1/4 cup half & half cream shopping list
- 1 tea. vanilla extract shopping list
- 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted & cooled shopping list
- 3/4 cup peanuts, chopped shopping list
- 3/4 cup caramel sauce shopping list
- 10 oz. milk chocolate, melted shopping list
- 1/2 cup half & half cream shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 250^.
- Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Add Frangelico, half & half and vanilla.
- Fold in melted semi-sweet chocolate.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake at 250^ for 1 1/2 hours.
- Let cool completely.
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts evenly over cake.
- Pour caramel evenly over peanuts.
- Blend melted milk chocolate and half & half until smooth.
- Pour over cake, some will go over sides.
- Refrigerate overnight before serving
