How to make it

  • Arrange the chips on a single layer on large serving platter
  • Break the salmon slices into 24 pieces
  • Place a piece of salmon on each chip
  • top with a dab of sour cream
  • Sprinkle with a bit of fresh chopped dill
  • Serve at once while chips are still crunchy!
