Glazed Carrots Recipe

How to make it

  • Slice carrots as many as you want
  • put in pan cover with beef or chicken broth
  • bring to boil
  • reduce heat simmer until soft
  • drain liquid if any left
  • add some butter salt and pepper dill and sugar or honey
  • stir well and cook until carrots are coated and glazed
