How to make it
- Slice carrots as many as you want
- put in pan cover with beef or chicken broth
- bring to boil
- reduce heat simmer until soft
- drain liquid if any left
- add some butter salt and pepper dill and sugar or honey
- stir well and cook until carrots are coated and glazed
