Indiana Blackberry Cobbler

- 4 cups blackberries shopping list
- 2 Tbs cornstarch shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 Tbs butter shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 3 Tbs sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter melted shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
How to make it
- Toss blackberries in a plastic bag with cornstarch and 1 cup sugar
- Place berries in a greased baking pan or casserole dish and dot with 2 Tbs butter
- Bake in a 400 F oven for 15 minutes
- In bowl whisk flour, 2 Tbs sugar, baking powder , the milk, 1/2 stick of melted butter and the egg
- Drizzle over the hot berries and bake another 15 minutes or bubbly and golden
- Serve warm, cool or room temp with a vanilla sauce, whipped topping ot whipped cream
