Crustless Apple Pie

This is a different tyype of apple pie with no regular crust but is really good.
Ingredients
- 6 apples shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 3/8 cup butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
How to make it
- Peel apples, core and cut in slices.
- Place in pan with the sugar, cinnamon and water.
- Cook till partially done about 10 minutes.
- Place in greased 9" pie pan.
- Cream butter, brown sugar, flour, baking powder and salt together. Work with fork until completely mixed.
- Spread over apples in pie pan.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
