Grilled Corn with Hefeweizen Butter

- 6 ears corn, shucked shopping list
- Hefeweizen butter(recipe below) shopping list
- Coarse gray sea salt shopping list
- Freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- Hefeweizen Butter: shopping list
- 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened shopping list
- 1/4 cup hefeweizen beer shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. minced shallot shopping list
- 1 tsp. chili powder shopping list
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika shopping list
- Mix all ingredients together. refrigerate, covered until ready to use. Soften a little before spreading on corn. shopping list
How to make it
- For Corn:
- Assemble 6 sheets heavy-duty aluminum foil, 8x10 inches.
- Coat each ear of corn in Hefeweizen Butter & season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Wrap in foil & grill over medium heat for 15 minutes, or until kernels are cooked through.
