How to make it

  • For Corn:
  • Assemble 6 sheets heavy-duty aluminum foil, 8x10 inches.
  • Coat each ear of corn in Hefeweizen Butter & season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Wrap in foil & grill over medium heat for 15 minutes, or until kernels are cooked through.

    We just tried grilling corn in foil last week, and it came out beautifully - we will have to try this beer-flavored butter...sounds very tasty!!
