Pecan Crusted Chicken

Impressive baked chicken breasts with a pecan coating. For a special night,serve with mashed sweet potatoes.
Ingredients
- 3 egg whites shopping list
- 1 pkg(4.2 oz) seasoned coating mix shopping list
- 1/2 c chopped pecans shopping list
- 1/8 tsp Chinese five spice powder shopping list
- 6 boneless,skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz) ea. shopping list
How to make it
- In shallow bowl,lightly beat egg whites. In another shallow bowl,combine coating mix,pecans,and five spice powder. Dip chicken into egg whites, then roll in coating mix.
- Place in greased 15x10" baking pan. Bake,uncovered,at 400 for 25 mins or till meat thermometer reads 170 degrees.
