Ingredients

How to make it

  • pat dry the salmon and salt and pepper on each side
  • plase on aluminum foil
  • drizzle with oil and rub it in a little
  • sprinkle with garlic and brow sugar
  • cover loosly with aluminum foil folding it with bottom fiol to seal
  • place on hot gril 10 min. more or less depending on how large your file is.

    Just tried this one last night..it was great! Had to use fresh crushed garlic instead of the powder but still great, will definately make this again!! Thanks!

    Holy Moly! This was DELICIOUS! I loved it til the last bite. Great with some Green Beans that were tossed with Olive oil, lemon juice and slivered almonds! Good by itself too! I recommend trying it, even if you're skeptical. You'll be glad you did.

    How can I bake this in the oven (time and temperature)? I don't have access to a grill, otherwise this recipe sounds delish!
