Ingredients

lg salmon file

1 1/2 tbsp garlic pouder

1 round tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp ev oliv oil

salt and pepper

Directions

pat dry the salmon and salt and pepper on each side

plase on aluminum foil

drizzle with oil and rub it in a little

sprinkle with garlic and brow sugar

cover loosly with aluminum foil folding it with bottom fiol to seal

place on hot gril 10 min. more or less depending on how large your file is.

Holy Moly! This was DELICIOUS! I loved it til the last bite. Great with some Green Beans that were tossed with Olive oil, lemon juice and slivered almonds! Good by itself too! I recommend trying it, even if you're skeptical. You'll be glad you did.
