How to make it

  • Cook sausage, drain well and cool.
  • Mix in eggs and cheese.
  • Separate each biscuit into 3 layers and press 1 layer each into small muffin tins.
  • Fill with sausage mixture.
  • Bake 350˚ 10-12 minutes or until browned.
  • Serve hot or cool and freeze for later.
  • A 1.5 inch scoop ice cream scoop makes filling each tart a snap.
