Breakfast Tarts Recipe
An easy make ahead tart for a fast pickup and go breakfast. You choose spicy or mild. Kids love the mini size. Nice to have on hand for that weekend at the beach.

Ingredients
  • 2 large cans Hungry Jack flakey biscuits (regular size)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 lb. bulk sausage, hot or mild
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Cook sausage, drain well and cool.
  2. Mix in eggs and cheese.
  3. Separate each biscuit into 3 layers and press 1 layer each into small muffin tins.
  4. Fill with sausage mixture.
  5. Bake 350˚ 10-12 minutes or until browned.
  6. Serve hot or cool and freeze for later.
  7. A 1.5 inch scoop ice cream scoop makes filling each tart a snap.
