How to make it
- Cook sausage, drain well and cool.
- Mix in eggs and cheese.
- Separate each biscuit into 3 layers and press 1 layer each into small muffin tins.
- Fill with sausage mixture.
- Bake 350˚ 10-12 minutes or until browned.
- Serve hot or cool and freeze for later.
- A 1.5 inch scoop ice cream scoop makes filling each tart a snap.
