Maple Dijon Chicken

- 1 Tbs olive oil shopping list
- 4 skinless,boneless chicken breast halves shopping list
- 2 shallots,chopped(about 1/2 c) shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic,minced shopping list
- 1 c chicken stock shopping list
- 1/3 c maple syrup shopping list
- 1 Tbs Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in 12" skillet over med-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 15 mins. or till it's well browned on both sides and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet.
- Add shallots and garlic to skillet and cook until the're tender. Stir in the stock,syrup mustard and pepper and heat to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low. Cook for 10 mins or till stock mixture is slightly thickened and reduced to about 1 cup. Serve stock mixture over the chicken.
