How to make it

  • Heat oil in 12" skillet over med-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 15 mins. or till it's well browned on both sides and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet.
  • Add shallots and garlic to skillet and cook until the're tender. Stir in the stock,syrup mustard and pepper and heat to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low. Cook for 10 mins or till stock mixture is slightly thickened and reduced to about 1 cup. Serve stock mixture over the chicken.
