Fresh Broccoli And Chicken Pasta Toss

- 2 1/2 cups muti-grain penne pasta,uncooked shopping list
- 3 cups fresk brocolli floretts shopping list
- 1/4 cup Light House Italian dressing shopping list
- 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts,cut into bite-size piecse shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic,minced shopping list
- 2 cups tomato-basil spagetti sauce shopping list
- 1 cup 2% milk shredded mozzerella cheese. shopping list
How to make it
- COOK PASTA as package directions.
- Add brocolli to the boiling water,the last 3 minutes.
- Heat drssing in a large non=stick pan skillet on medium heat.
- add chicken,and garlic,cook 5 minutes,or until chicken is no longer pink.,stirring occassionally.
- Stir in spagetti sauce,cook 5 minutes,,or until chicken is done.,stirring occassionally.
- drain pasta mixture.
- return to pan,add chicken mixture,mix lightly.
- Top with cheese.
- Brown cheese under broiler for a few minutes.
