How to make it

  • Mix dough ingredients to a smooth dough with electric mixer
  • Roll dough out very thin
  • Shape free form into one open large tart or place dough into 4 greased tart molds
  • Stir the sour cream and the sugar, spread it on the dough.
  • Peel the apples, slice thinly and place on the sour cream in pinwheel fashion
  • Sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • Bake at 175 ° C and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden and apples tender
  • Serve warm with ice cream, whiipped cream etc
