Quick Alsatian Apple Tart

- 200 g flour shopping list
- 2 Tbs oil shopping list
- 1 pinch salt shopping list
- 125 ml water shopping list
- For the topping: shopping list
- 200 ml sour cream shopping list
- 1 Tbs sugar shopping list
- 2 apples shopping list
- cinnamon / sugar mixture to sprinkle on shopping list
How to make it
- Mix dough ingredients to a smooth dough with electric mixer
- Roll dough out very thin
- Shape free form into one open large tart or place dough into 4 greased tart molds
- Stir the sour cream and the sugar, spread it on the dough.
- Peel the apples, slice thinly and place on the sour cream in pinwheel fashion
- Sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Bake at 175 ° C and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden and apples tender
- Serve warm with ice cream, whiipped cream etc
