Banana Pecan Cake

- 1-1/2 cups oil shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups mashed banana (about 3) shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Mix oil and sugar; add eggs. In a separate bowl, sift flour with salt and baking soda; add to egg mixture. Add vanilla and milk; mix well. Add bananas and pecans. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Invert onto plate to cool. Good served chilled from the refrigerator. Can be frozen.
