Awesome pimento cheese recipe packed full of wonderful flavors. This is the recipe I use when I serve finger sandwiches. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1 pound shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounce jar diced pimiento
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans toasted
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce

Directions
  1. Stir together all ingredients then cover and chill at least 2 hours.
