Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Smoothie Recipe
This is unique, not necessarily for this season, but it reminds me of autumn. It's still surprising refreshing for the summer. (But save it for autumn if you'd like.)

Ingredients
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 15 ounces of can solid pack pumpkin, chilled
  • 8 ounces vanilla yogurt
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
  • 1-1/2 cups whole milk
  • 6 ice cubes
  • whipped cream

Directions
  1. Place all ingredients, except whipped cream, in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream.
  4. Eliminate the ice cream and add more yogurt to save calories.

Great way to enjoy pumpkin - I know my granddaughter will love this (as well as ME!).
