Simple Pork Tenderloin Stew

- 3 lb pork tenderloin shopping list
- 2 large potatoes, cut in 1 inch chunks shopping list
- 2 sweet or red onions, cut in half or left whole shopping list
- 2 stalks of celery, cut chop in small pieces shopping list
- 2 carrots, cut your favorite length shopping list
- 1 packet of onion soup mix mixed with 2 cups water shopping list
- 1 handfull of chopped parsley (or 1 tbsp dry) shopping list
- 3 or 4 basil leaves (or 1 tsp dry) shopping list
- 1 tbsp minced garlic shopping list
- 2 whole bay leaves shopping list
- 1 tbsp worchestershire sauce shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 tbspoons corn meal shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse Pork Tenderloin and salt and pepper both sides and let sit
- Add vegetables to Crock Pot or Slow Cooker one at a time (hardest ones first and so on)
- Mix the onion soup and water and pour over the vegetables
- Add garlic (adjust to your taste-I used a heaping tablespoon)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Place the Pork Tenderloin on top (I used two 1.5 lb pieces)
- Cook 7-8 hours or until potatoes are done to your liking
- About an hour before done, add the corn meal to thicken if desired
Gather your ingredients.

Prepare each ingredient seperately or just put them in the cooker as you go to use less dishes.
Close
Place the Pork Tenderloin on top and go about your business. Your creamy stew and juicy pork will be waiting at the end of the day.
