Ingredients

How to make it

  • Rinse Pork Tenderloin and salt and pepper both sides and let sit
  • Add vegetables to Crock Pot or Slow Cooker one at a time (hardest ones first and so on)
  • Mix the onion soup and water and pour over the vegetables
  • Add garlic (adjust to your taste-I used a heaping tablespoon)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Place the Pork Tenderloin on top (I used two 1.5 lb pieces)
  • Cook 7-8 hours or until potatoes are done to your liking
  • About an hour before done, add the corn meal to thicken if desired
Gather your ingredients.   Close
Prepare each ingredient seperately or just put them in the cooker as you go to use less dishes.   Close
Place the Pork Tenderloin on top and go about your business. Your creamy stew and juicy pork will be waiting at the end of the day.   Close

I have not figured out how to modify this recipe, but please do not put in broccoli or sweet potatoe. Both modified the taste too much in the wrong direction.
