How to make it

  • Prepare your smoker.
  • Mix the bbq sauce and liqiud smoke.
  • Spread a 1/4 inch layer of sauce in the pan(s).
  • Place shrimp on sauce, leaving half on top, uncovered.
  • Place in smoker and cook.
  • My smoker takes about 30 minutes to cook completely.
  • When done, pour shrimp into shallow dish.
  • Stir gently to cover with sauce.
  • Serve warm.

    Assuming normal smoker temp of 200-225? Never thought to put shrimp in mine. I cannot cheat, have wood log fired smoker (see profile pic). Next time firing it up, we will definitely try.
