    This sounds yummy. I've never heard of Poutine before reading about it in Taste of the South magazine yesterday. Anxious to try your easy version but don't know if our groceries sell cheese curds as I've never looked for them before. What type of gravy is normally used - brown, chicken, pork, mushroom?
