How to make it

  • *Melt the sugar in a non-stick pan to make caramel.
  • *Remove from fire, add the walnuts and mix well.
  • *Spread it on a greased surface (a disc or pan) and let it cool.
  • *Spread the dough in the tart pan and cover with paper.
  • *Fill the tart with dried beans or rice and bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
  • * Remove the paper with beans and rice and let it cool.
  • * Warm the cream, break the chocolate into pieces and add them in
  • *Stir well to melt and fill the tart.
  • *Leave in fridge over night. For serving, crush the candy with nuts and decorate the tart.
