Hot Hamburger Sauce

Heating time are in directions - this is good!
Ingredients
- ½ teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- ½ teaspoon white pepper shopping list
- ½ teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1 teaspoon oregano shopping list
- 2 teaspoon olive oil shopping list
- 1 ½ Cups beef stock, heated shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch mix with 3 Tablespoons Cold water shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat case iron pan over medium heat. When hot, pour in oil. Add spice mixture and cook 1 minute. Add hamburgers and cook 8 minutes. Turn patties 3 – 4 times during cooking. Remove burgers from pan and keep warm. Pour beef stock into same pan. Bring to boil for 3 – 4 minutes. Stir cornstarch mixture into sauce and cook 1 minute. Pour sauce over burgers to serve.
