How to make it

  • Preheat case iron pan over medium heat. When hot, pour in oil. Add spice mixture and cook 1 minute. Add hamburgers and cook 8 minutes. Turn patties 3 – 4 times during cooking. Remove burgers from pan and keep warm. Pour beef stock into same pan. Bring to boil for 3 – 4 minutes. Stir cornstarch mixture into sauce and cook 1 minute. Pour sauce over burgers to serve.
