How to make it

  • Combine all 8 ingredients and place over scallops.
  • Then place combined topping ingredents over as topping.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.
  • raise heat to 450 degrees for another 5 minutes to brown crumb-topping
  • Serve with rice or baked potatoes.
