Amazingly QuickEasy Scallop Cassorole

- Arrange on the bottom of a 2 quart cassorole: shopping list
- 2 lbs scallops shopping list
- 1 egg/beaten shopping list
- 1/2 cup light cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup white wine shopping list
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tbsp. minced onion onion shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. ground ginger shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp.salt shopping list
- COMBINE AND POUR OVER scallops shopping list
- Topping; shopping list
- 1 cup breadcrumbs shopping list
- 2 tbls. melted unsalted butter shopping list
- 2 tbsp. grated parmessan cheese shopping list
- Combine shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all 8 ingredients and place over scallops.
- Then place combined topping ingredents over as topping.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.
- raise heat to 450 degrees for another 5 minutes to brown crumb-topping
- Serve with rice or baked potatoes.
