this is the ultimate bush food when you dont have anything to cook with its an old hunter gather trick and sometimes uses bananna leaves instead

Scale and gut fish
light fire and let die out with sufficent hot coals
stuff fish with bananna and nuts smear butter on top and put lemmon under
wrap in wet news paper perferably in sea water
wrap serveral times in bundle ensure it is good and wet use about 20 pages of the new york times or in our country the sydney morning hearald
dig hole in middle of coals and cover with coals leave for 35 minutes
uncover package discard most outerlayers put on plate and uncover rest of layers transfering fish to dinner plate serve with potatoes done in fire
