How to make it

  • Using the small bowl in your processor, chop olives and garlic until they are minced. Remove olive mixture and place in a medium sized bowl.
  • Using same small bowl whip Neufchatel in processor until it is fluffy. Add the mayo and process until creamy. Pulse in lemon juice, brine, pepper sauce, and ground pepper.
  • Fold mixture into green olives. Add chopped cilantro and red pepper, to taste.
  • Can be eaten immediately, but will taste even better the next day.
