  • 1) Put all ingredient in dough kneader machine except olive oil, then knead at slow speed for 10 minute.
  • 2) Add in olive oil, continued kneading for another 3 minute until the surface of the dough is shining and smooth ( do not over knead as we do not want the gluten to form)
