Basic Pizza Crust Recipe
Fast and well keep dough as it is slow fermentation . Will keep for 18 hour in chiller , 8 hours at room temperature and 3 month in freezer

Ingredients
  • 2000 gm Bread Flour
  • 20 gm Instant Dry Yeast
  • 60 gm Castor Sugar
  • 30 gm Salt
  • 1066 gm Ice cold water
  • 40 gm Olive oil

Directions
  1. 1) Put all ingredient in dough kneader machine except olive oil, then knead at slow speed for 10 minute.
  2. 2) Add in olive oil, continued kneading for another 3 minute until the surface of the dough is shining and smooth ( do not over knead as we do not want the gluten to form)
