Basic Pizza Crust Recipe

Ingredients

2000 gm Bread Flour

20 gm Instant Dry Yeast

60 gm Castor Sugar

30 gm Salt

1066 gm Ice cold water

40 gm Olive oil

Directions

1) Put all ingredient in dough kneader machine except olive oil, then knead at slow speed for 10 minute.

2) Add in olive oil, continued kneading for another 3 minute until the surface of the dough is shining and smooth ( do not over knead as we do not want the gluten to form)
