How to make it

  • Cook onions in the 1/4 cup margarine and curry for a few mins.
  • Cover and simmer on low heat for about 20 mins.
  • For the last 5 min. remove cover to let some liquid evaporate
  • add parsley
  • Drain pasta and put in with onions
  • add rest of margarine and cream , mix well add cheese
  • Stir and keep warm until cheese melts
  • salt and pepper
