Chicken Pepperoni

- 6 - 8 split chicken breasts (skin optional) shopping list
- 1 - 28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes (I use Tuttorusso brand) shopping list
- 1 large stick of pepperoni (slice into 1/4" disks, then halve the disks) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1 lb. spaghetti shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat crock pot on high while covered.
- Preheat skillet and olive oil.
- Add chicken breasts in batches and saute until browned.
- Place crushed tomotoes into crock pot and add the browned chicken breasts.
- Top with cut pepperoni and stir so that everything is covered with tomato. The steam will create more sauce.
- Cover and cook on high for 5 hours.
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and place in serving bowl and top with chicken and sauce. Serve extra sauce at the table.
