How to make it

  • Mix together the beef, 1 tsp salt & pepper
  • Shape into24 balls, & set aside
  • Mix together the eggs, flour & remaining salt
  • Dip meat balls into this batter.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet & brown the meat balls over low heat
  • Remove the meat balls & reserve.
  • Pour off all but 2 tbsp oil.
  • Add the green peppers, beef broth, & pineapple.
  • Cook over low heat 10 min.
  • Mix together the cornstarch, soy sauce, Vinegar, & sugar
  • Stir into the mixture & cook until thickened.
  • Return meat balls& cook over low heat, approx.5 min.
