Creamed Eggs Chipped Beef on toast

Ingredients
- 3 tbs. butter shopping list
- 4 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 2 cups milk or 1cup milk 1 cup water shopping list
- 3 hard cooked ggs shopping list
- 1/4 pound chipped beef cut fine shopping list
- Pinch salt shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter blend in flour add milk stir over direct heat untill sauce boils and thickens
- add quartered hard cooked eggs and chipped beef
- then place over boiling water untill heated throughly
- add salt if requried
- Serve on hot toast 5 servings
