Thank You Berry Munch Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Grease bottom and sides of a 1 quart casserole dish
  • Break cookies into pieces
  • Place the cookie pieces in the bottom of the casserole
  • Sprinkle cranberries over the cookie pieces
  • In mixing bowl, beat eaggs with a fork, then stir in sugar, vanilla, orange peel, and cinnamon
  • Stir in 1 cup milk
  • Bake for 30 minutes until set
  • Make warm vanilla sauce
  • Prepare cook and serve pudding as directed on box
  • Thin with 1/2 cup of milk to make into a sauce
  • Serve pudding warm with warm sauce
