How to make it

  • put beans, stock and garlic in a pot
  • bring to a boil ,turn heat down and simmer slowly for 20 mins.
  • meanwhile add oil to a hot pan and saute onion and celery until softened
  • then add salt and tomatoes ,cook for few mins.
  • add the parsley and put all in with the beans
  • simmer another 15 mins.
  • good with French bread, spread with butter!!
