Mocha Cheesecake Bars

- 25 reduced-fat cream-filled sandwich cookies shopping list
- 3 Tbs fat-free hot fudge ice cream topping shopping list
- 3 Tbs butter,melted shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin1/2 c strong brewed coffee,cold shopping list
- 2 pkgs.(8 oz ea.)reduced-fat cream cheese shopping list
- 3/4 c sugar shopping list
- 1 c (8 oz) reduced-fat sour cream shopping list
- 3 oz bittersweet chocolate,melted and cooled shopping list
- 24 chocolate covered coffee beans shopping list
How to make it
- Place cookies in food processor. Cover,pulse into fine chunks.
- Add fudge topping and butter,pulse till just blended.
- Press onto bottom of 9x13" baking dish coated with cooking spray.
- Meanwhile,for filling,in a small saucepan sprinkle gelatin over coffee,let stand 1 min. Heat over low heat,stirring until gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat;set aside
- In large bowl,beat cream cheese and sugar till smooth. Beat in the sour cream,chocolate and reserved coffee mixture until blended. Pour over crust. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
- 166 calories a piece.
