How to make it

  • Place cookies in food processor. Cover,pulse into fine chunks.
  • Add fudge topping and butter,pulse till just blended.
  • Press onto bottom of 9x13" baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  • Meanwhile,for filling,in a small saucepan sprinkle gelatin over coffee,let stand 1 min. Heat over low heat,stirring until gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat;set aside
  • In large bowl,beat cream cheese and sugar till smooth. Beat in the sour cream,chocolate and reserved coffee mixture until blended. Pour over crust. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
  • 166 calories a piece.
