Mini steak and potatoe pies

- 1 12 oz. round steak cut into cubes shopping list
- 2 medium potatoes peled diced shopping list
- 3 tbs chopped parsely shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Large bowl toss together steak, potatoes,parsely potatoes, sat pepper
- Cut prepared pie dough into 12--4-inch circles
- cut prepared dough in to 12-3 inch circles
- Line greased muffin tins each one with pie dough{4-inch circles } make sure it comes up to the sids and top.
- Divide steak filling between the cups dot with butter
- Top each with 3-inch circles of dugh
- Crimp edges . oke hole in op of each one to vent
- Bake 350 degree oven untill brown and bubbley.
- allow to cool pop out of muffin tins
- Directions:Home made pie dough:
- 2 cups flu
- 1/2 tsp, salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- Sifttogether flour salt in medium bowl, Combind ol and milk{DO NOT STIR}
- Add to flour till wll blended form douh into 2 balls place balss between 2 peices wax paper allow to rest 10 minutes
- Place dough on floured Rollout into 2 -9 inch circls cu out dough circles fo pies
