How to make it

  • In small saucepan,saute onion and 1/8 tsp paprika in 1 tsp oil until tender. Stir in water,tomato paste,bay leaf,bouillon and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat;simmer,uncovered,for 10 mins.
  • In large resealable plastic bag,combine the flour,Parmesan cheese,salt,garlic powder,oregano,and remaining paprika. add chicken ,seal bag and shake to coat.
  • In large non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray'cook half the chicken in 1 tsp. oil for 2-3 mins a side or till juices run clear. Remove and keep warm;repeat with remaining chicken and oil. Remove bay leaf from sauce and serve over the chicken.

    It looks like your trying to put me on a diet here Pleclare.

    This one sounds really nice,well pass it along to my daughter,she is down to nothing but a whisper..

    ~but~

    anytime I say anything I get a....OH MOM PLEASE!! reply.You can only raise them,you can't tell them what to do when they get grown.
