How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350F° and grease a 9" square pan.
  • Beat together melted butter, oil, brown sugar, tofu, milk and vanilla until well blended.
  • Slowly stir in the flour and salt, then add the cookie crumbs, pretzels, soynuts and butterscotch chips.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until set in the center but still soft.
