How to make it

  • Heat a grill pan on med-high heat. Sprinkle chicken evenly with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper. Coat pan with spray. Place chicken in pan;cook 6 mins on each side or till done.
  • Combine remaining 1/4 tsp. salt,1/8 tsp pepper,shallots and next 6 ingredients (throgh sugar) in a bowl,stirring well with whisk. Serve chicken over greens with sauce.

    Thank-you for this great sounding recipe...

    I agree...the pungent bite of the mustard,crossed with the slight sweetness is a nice combination.
