Pretty in Pink Peppermint cupcakes

These are so pretty ,pink is my favorite color ! They taste very good and are different.
Ingredients
- 1 package white cake mix shopping list
- 1 1/3 cups water shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 2 tbsp vege. oil shopping list
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract shopping list
- 3 to 4 drops red liquid food coloring shopping list
- 1 container perpared vanilla frosting shopping list
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies( about 16 candies) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- Line muffin pan with pink or white paper liners
- Beat cake mix, water, eggs, oil ,peppermint extract and food coloring. with mixer at low speed for 30 seconds.
- Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes
- Spoon batter into prepared cups filling 3/4 full.
- Bake 20 to 22 minutes.
- Cool in pans for 12 minutes
- Remove cupcakes to racks and cool
- Spread cupcakes with frosting top with crushed candies.
