How to make it

  • Peel egg and rinse to remove any shell.
  • Mash egg in a deep bowl with a fork
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix gently
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve open faced on Ryvita crackers.

    Hmmm.. I'll have to ask my wife about our egg salad. As many different slants on that as there are people who fix it. This is different by far from what our family staple is. No mayo, no pickle. Good post.
