Spanish Apple Cake

Ingredients
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 200 g butter shopping list
- 200 g sugar shopping list
- 1 Tbs baking cocoa shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp instant coffee powder shopping list
- 1 good shot of rum shopping list
- 200 g flour shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 4 green apples , peeled and diced shopping list
How to make it
- Cream the butter and sugar till fluffy
- Add the eggs one at a time
- Beat in a good shot of rum
- Sift the flour and baking powder, cocoa, cinnamon and coffee powder
- Peel apples and dice into small pieces
- Combine dry ingredients with creamed mixture.
- Blend in the apples well
- Grease a loaf form and dust with fine bread crumbs or cookie crumbs
- Place in apple mixture
- Bake 200C for about 50 minutes or tested done
- Cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving
