Zuchinni Strips Filled With Avocado Topped with Anchovies

- 1-2 firm ripe zuchinni shopping list
- 1-2 ripe Haas avocadoes shopping list
- anchovies shopping list
- squirt lemon shopping list
- you will need tooth picks and at least 15 minutes chilling time for avocados shopping list
How to make it
- I slice the washed zuchinni on my mandolin
- curl and toothpick
- Avocado mix:
- squirt of lemon
- remove avocadoes from skin and mash with salt pepper and chili pepper powder(optional).
- chill mix
- Place in your zuchinni 'cups' with 2-3 anchovies on top
