How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375°
  • Mix crushed cornflakes and flour.
  • Dip chicken breasts in milk and roll in dry ingredients.
  • Place in foil lined baking pan.
  • Do not crowd.
  • Sprinkle with melted margarine and bake for 1 hour or until tender.

    I did one similar to this the other night, Gem. It was awesome! I plan to keep a box of the crushed cornflakes in my cabinet at all times, ha!
