How to make it

  • Sprinkle chicken with salt. Combine flour and sesame seeds in shallow dish. Whisk eggs and water in shallow dish till blended. Place panko in another shallow dish. Coat chicken with flour mixture,shaking off excess;dip in egg mixture. Repeat. Press firmly into panko,turning to coat all sides.
  • Heat large nonstick skillet over med. heat until hot. Melt butter in skillet. Cook chicken 7 to 9 mins or till golden brown and no longer pink in center,turning once. Serve with lemon wedges.
