Sesame Chicken Schnitzel

- 4 boneless,skinless chicken breast halves shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/3 c all purpose flour shopping list
- 3 Tbs sesame seeds shopping list
- 2 eggs,lightly beaten shopping list
- 1/4 c water shopping list
- 1-1/2 c panko crumbs shopping list
- 3 Tbs butter shopping list
- 4 lemon wedges shopping list
How to make it
- Sprinkle chicken with salt. Combine flour and sesame seeds in shallow dish. Whisk eggs and water in shallow dish till blended. Place panko in another shallow dish. Coat chicken with flour mixture,shaking off excess;dip in egg mixture. Repeat. Press firmly into panko,turning to coat all sides.
- Heat large nonstick skillet over med. heat until hot. Melt butter in skillet. Cook chicken 7 to 9 mins or till golden brown and no longer pink in center,turning once. Serve with lemon wedges.
