How to make it

  • In A Blender or Food Processor Combine Yogurt, Cottage Cheese, Mayonaise, and 1/4 Cup of the Blue Cheese. Cover and Blend or Process Until Smooth. Remove Into A Bowl or Container. Stir In Remaining Blue Cheese, Stir In Milk If Needed to Thin or Leave It Thick. Serve Immediately or Cover and Store for Up to 2 weeks in The Refrigerator. Stir Well Before Using.
  • Makes About 1 1/4 cups

    A very nice mix Tami. A 5 as usual. Have you ever tied just beating the stuffing out of this with a whisk and leaving it a bit chunky? Think I'll try that and if it doesn't work just dump it in the blender. Graze. RJ
