How to make it

  • Sift flour and other dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Beat yolks then add them to th milk. Add oil, and whisk together.
  • Add to the dry ingredients and stir just until moistened and smooth.. DO NOT Over stir. It will be lumpy.
  • Beat eggs whites until stiff and fold gently into the batter.
  • Pour by 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. (350 f-375 f ,depending upon yours)
  • Cook until edges are dry and top is bubbly, flip over until light brown.
  • Hold in a warm oven until all are cooked.
  • Serve with lots of butter, syrup or preserves.
