Ingredients
  • 1 small head cabbage, cored (about 1 lb)
  • 1 medium apple, cored and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 - 11 oz can mandarin orange setions, drained
  • 1/2 cup grapes, halved and seeded
  • 1/4 cup raisins or nuts
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp celery seed, poppy seed or toasted sesame seed
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup salad oil

Directions
  1. If you have a food processor~ cut cabbage into wedges to fit tube. You can cut by hand in slivers. About 5 cups of cabbage.
  2. Place apples in processor till chopped. You can do this by hand also.Place chopped apples, oranges, grapes and raisins or nuts into cabbage. Cover and chill.
  3. For dressing whip honey, lemon juice, desired seed dry mustard paprika and salt. Mix till mixed and thickened. Cover and chill. Just before serving, pour dressing over fruit mixture, toss gently to coat cabbage and fruit. Serve immediately.
  4. Makes 10 servings.
