Tuna Steaks with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

- 2 Yellowfin tuna steaks, about 1 1/2 pounds (or swordfish or mahi mahi) shopping list
- 2 teaspoons olive oil shopping list
- Freshly grated pepper, to taste shopping list
- 1 cup roasted red bell pepper (jarred) shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion shopping list
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste shopping list
- 1 garlic clove, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes shopping list
How to make it
- Brush tuna steaks with olive oil and sprinkle with pepper
- For every inch (in thickness) of tuna steak, broil or grill for 10 minutes, turning once to cook evenly
- Puree rest of ingredients in a blender or food processor
- Serve sauce over cooked tuna, garnish with parsley sprigs
