Savory Ham and Pea Medley

- 3 oz. tagliartelle pasta shopping list
- 2 Tbs olive oil shopping list
- 1 onion,peeled,and chopped shopping list
- 1 pkg (8oz) sliced wild mushrooms shopping list
- 1 Tbs miced garlic shopping list
- 1 jar (15 oz) prepared mushroom alfredo sauce shopping list
- 1/4 c milk shopping list
- 2 oz. cooked ham,cut in strips shopping list
- 1 c frozen baby peas,thawed shopping list
- 2 tsp finely minced fresh thyme shopping list
- 1 piece (4oz) Fontina cheese,shredded and divided shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook tagliatelle according to directions;set aside. Meanwhile,in large saucepot,over med-high heat,cook olive oil 30 seconds. or till heated. Add onions,sliced mushrooms and minced garlic. Cook 5 mins. or till onions are tender,stirring occasionally;remove from heat.
- Stir in Alfredo sauce,milk,ham,peas and thyme. Add cooked tagliatelle;toss gently to coat. Spoon pasta-vegetable mixture into greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over casserole. over with foil. Bake 20 mins or till heated through,removing foil after 15 mins. Garnish with fresh thyme,if desired.
