Honey Fried Chicken

Kids will love this fried chicken with a hint of sweetness. It is a change from regular fried chicken.
Ingredients
- 3 lbs. cut-up chicken shopping list
- 3/4 cup honey shopping list
- 1 cup Bisquick shopping list
- 2 tsp dry mustard shopping list
- 1/2 tsp paprika shopping list
- salt and pepper, to taste shopping list
- Vegetable oil; for frying shopping list
How to make it
- Coat chicken with honey; set aside.
- Combine Bisquick, mustard, paprika, salt and pepper in a shallow dish;
- dredge chicken in mixture.
- Heat 1/2 inch oil to 375F in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat
- Carefully place chicken in hot oil and cook about 5 minutes or until underside of chicken is golden;
- turn chicken pieces and cook about 5 minutes, turning as needed. Reduce heat to low and cook 15 to 20 minutes more or until juices run clear.
- Remove chicken; drain on paper towels

This sounds so good, we have a chicken place in town that serves up a honey type chickenn it's so good, glad to see this recipe.
